Ahmed Abdelrahman has a decade of management consulting supporting businesses with operating models, organizational design, operational excellence, post-merger integration, and more. Most recently, Ahmed was co-founder and COO of Solace, a fractional talent marketplace that grew quickly from $0 to $1M in top-line revenue in its first year and experienced 20% year-over-year growth.
Work aside, Ahmed is a massive soccer fan who wakes up at 5 AM on weekends to watch the English Premier League and his favourite club Chelsea play. Love playing sports (soccer, golf, skiing, snowboarding) and always prioritize good times with his family and friends.

As a fractional CFO, he's worked hands-on with PE-backed companies, helping them enhance their financial strategy to drive growth, profitability, and sustainability.
When he’s not building Blue Flag, he’s on the racetrack, playing music, scuba diving, riding his bike, or playing hockey.
Nolan is an entrepreneur at heart, with a background in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, and private debt. He’s helped businesses improve their financial processes and strategy, secure capital, and navigate growth. As a fractional CFO, he worked hands-on with PE-backed companies, helping them level up from a financial strategy perspective.
